Welcome to our little family farm!
We’re all about the earth-to-table way of life—growing good food, caring for our animals, and doing it all in a way that’s kind to the planet. For us, farming isn’t just a job, it’s a way of living with intention and love.

I’m AK (the mom), an agronomist—or as Rasmus likes to say, a “cow engineer” 😄—trained at Copenhagen University. Rasmus (the dad) is the cook around here—both in the farm shop and in the kitchen at home 😍. He comes from an economics background, but food has always been his true passion.

We live on the farm with our two kids, our cattle, sheep, rabbits, cats, two horses, and a very busy border collie.

Our story started in the middle of Copenhagen, where we met while we were both studying. On one of our very first dates, we somehow ended up talking about our dreams—and that was it. I told Rasmus I wanted to live in the countryside, raise cattle, and ride my horse every day. He told me he wanted to cook amazing food from animals that had lived happy, healthy lives. It just clicked. And not long after, we started building this life together.

Right now, we’re still both working full-time jobs, but our dream is to one day grow this farm and shop into something that lets us spend more time together, doing what we love, side by side.
